Waste of money!! The room constantly smelled like cigarettes smoke and there was roaches. The back entrance had pile of trash on the ground near entrance. Not worth the price. Ands kids running around the stairs and property unsupervised.

I like the studio feeling with a full-size refrigerator and cook top. The bed is comfortable but dated. AC is nice and chill like it should be.

My reservation was canceled by the hotel, I was told I'd receive a refund minus the 1st night as a cancelation fee, so I literally had to rebook a room & I still haven't received my refund.

I peeped all the reviews that were left prior to me making the reservation, and in spite of all the bad reviews I saw, seeing as how I was already familiar with this property, I decided to go ahead and give it another chance because you can't base your booking decisions solely on other reviews, not to mention that some of those people who leave bad reviews are NEVER satisfied with anything. So, this is my review: The staff was extremely attentive and very courteous every time I went down to the front desk for something, which was only twice, with one of those times being a maintenance issue. After I reported the issue, the lady notified the maintenance guy expeditiously, and he was as prompt as he could be, which was exactly within 5-10 minutes. Had he not been busy elsewhere in the facility at the time he was called, he would've been there sooner. Also, the members of the staff that I did encounter were very nice and as personable as I am, and I happened to make a new friend in the process. (Hey, Viva!!

The tall black front desk lady with the multi colored locs were extremely aggressive loud and obnoxious. She accused me of having gotten an upgraded room when she said I wasn’t supposed to get a first floor room to begin with. She forced me to change my booking and said if I didn’t do so I would have to leave even though I already booked an extension, she came knocking on my door at 9pm after my daughter, myself and my husband were already in bed, she told my husband that he wasn’t scaring nobody when he asked who was at the door. Security barged into our room at 2am in the morning for no apparent reason.
